Starting from the moment that you decide to book through us, a personal concierge will be assigned to assist with all the arrangements of your trip. We offer 24 hours open communication for special requests and daily check ups at the villa throughout your stay to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Our properties are inspected thoroughly for each booking prior to the guests arrival to guarantee that all equipment are working properly and that our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.
Concierge Services
No need to worry about planning any part of your stay! Our team of experts will assist you with all the necessary arrangements to ensure that this is your perfect Caribbean vacation. The only thing you’ll need to do is make the initial email or phone call, and we’ll take over from there!

We offer safe and reliable transfers to all of our guests. From your first arrival to the island, a driver will be holding a sign at the airport with the name of your group to welcome you to Punta Cana and guide you towards your transportation. From Luxury SUVs to 30 passenger buses, we have access to an array of vehicles for airport transfers or a night out on the town.
