Experience (Michel & Laura) – with over 15 years of combined experience in the service industry of the Punta Cana area, we will make sure to create dream vacation packages personalized for each of our guests.
We are a family oriented business first and foremost. Our goal is to help you become part of the Punta Cana Villas Family and make you fall in love with this magnificent island that we call home. In addition, Casa Linda is our property management company that provides maintenance services to the villas and condos located in the Punta Cana area; therefore we will reassure that everything in the villa will be working properly prior to your arrival.

Starting from the moment that you decide to book through us, a personal concierge will be assigned to assist with all the arrangements of your trip. We offer 24 hours open communication for special requests and daily check ups at the villa throughout your stay to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Our properties are inspected thoroughly for each booking prior to the guests arrival to guarantee that all equipment are working properly and that our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.
Concierge Services
No need to worry about planning any part of your stay! Our team of experts will assist you with all the necessary arrangements to ensure that this is your perfect Caribbean vacation. The only thing you’ll need to do is make the initial email or phone call, and we’ll take over from there!

- Booking excursions (such as – Catamarans departing from Bavaro and Punta Cana and exploring coast lines / Tours / Fishing / Tea times)
- Grocery shopping services (we will include one complimentary trip per day to the grocery store)
- Spa treatments inside the villas and bookings at Spa Venues
- Transportations (airport transfers and rental cars)
- Restaurant booking assistance
- Booking of Live Music so that you can sing and dance the night away
- Set menu creations & private chef bookings
- Professional photoshoot inside villa or resort
